🎊Great news! Our Move More team is once again offering free places on the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme this summer.

Funded by the Department for Education, the programme is for children aged 5-16 years who receive benefit related free school meals.

The children will take part in a range of free activities including sports, crafts, cooking, and water sports with food provided each day. The summer programme will run at various venues throughout the town and surrounding villages, all sessions need to be pre-booked - children cannot turn-up on the day.

Details of the programme will be sent to eligible parents and guardians via schools along with a unique code which you need to book a place for your child. Random checks will be made to ensure the unique codes are only being used by the families who the programme aims to benefit.

Places for the summer programme can be booked from today on Eventbrite. Visit vwww.eventbrite.co.uk and search for 'DBC' and location 'Darlington'.

For more information or to check eligibility, contact the Move More team on 01325 405400.
